At Chatvisor we of course know and understand that you care about how your Personal Information is used and shared, that’s
consent that we will collect, use and share your information in the following ways. Make sure to also take a look at
when you are accessing or using our Services, but not to the practices of companies we don’t own or control, or people
that we don’t manage. In order to use our service, you need to sign up with a Facebook profile. This is necessary and
mandatory on behalf of Facebook to establish a connection between our platform and the Facebook Page(s) you want to be
upgraded with Chatvisor. The received Personal Information will furthermore be used to improve our Services, to analyze
you give us the permission to contact you via Phone, Mail or Messenger. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal
information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. If you are
under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any information about yourself to us, including
your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to us
or on the Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13
without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that
we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at email@example.com. Because we do
not collect such information, we have no such information to use or to disclose to third parties. We have designed this
policy in order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, if you create an account on Chatvisor.com,
we will ask you to connect or continue with your Facebook account. When accepting, you provide us with, including but
not limited to, your public profile and email address. “Public profile” means, we receive name, gender, username, user
ID, profile picture, cover photo, networks, language, timezone and list of Facebook Pages you own. In case you are an
individual who communicates with a chatbot that has been created using our Services, we may collect Personal Information
like, but not limited to, name, timezone, language, avatar picture.
Information Collected Automatically
Whenever you interact with our Services, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser
including your IP address, “cookie” information, and the page you requested. Another example is, when you chat with a
news provider and subscribe the category “politics”. “Cookies” are identifiers we transfer to your computer or mobile
device that allow us to recognize your browser or mobile device and tell us how and when pages and features in our Services
are visited and by how many people. You may be able to change the preferences on your browser or mobile device to prevent
or limit your computer or device’s acceptance of cookies, but this may prevent you from taking advantage of some of our
features. If you click on a link to a third party website, such third party may also transmit cookies to you. This Privacy
practices. When we collect the usage information described above, we only use this data in aggregate form, and not in
a manner that would identify you personally. For example, this aggregate data can tell us how often users use a particular
feature of the Services, and we can use that knowledge to make the Services interesting to as many users as possible.
Will Chatvisor share any of the Personal Information it receives?
We neither rent or sell your Personal Information in personally identifiable form to anyone. However, we may share your Personal
Information with third parties as described in this section: Information that’s been de-identified. We may anonymize
your Personal Information so that you are not identified as an individual, and provide that information to our partners.
We may also provide aggregate usage information to our partners (or allow partners to collect that information from you),
who may use such information to understand how often and in what ways people use our Services, so that they, too, can
provide you with an optimal online experience. However, we never disclose aggregate usage or de-identified information
to a partner (or allow a partner to collect such information) in a manner that would identify you as an individual person.
Chatbot Developers: Since Chatvisor builds on Facebook’s Messenger the owner of the respective Facebook page you interacted
with, naturally has insights about the chat history and all communication handled by our platform. Agents: We employ
other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products
or Services to you; for example, we may use a payment processing company to receive and process your credit card transactions
for us. Unless we tell you differently, our agents do not have any right to use the Personal Information we share with
them beyond what is necessary to assist us. Business Transfers: We may choose to buy or sell assets, and may share and/or
transfer customer information in connection with the evaluation of and entry into such transactions. Also, if we (or
our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control,
Personal Information could be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party. Protection of Chatvisor
and Others: We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we believe is necessary
or safety of Chatvisor, our employees, our users, or others.
Is Personal Information about me secure?
To get access to your account on Chatvisor, your Facebook Account is needed. Because of that, your Chatvisor Account is as
well protected, as you protect your Facebook Account. By accessing your account via Facebook, you may have additional
or different sign-on protections from Facebook. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information
by selecting and protecting your password and/or other sign-on mechanism appropriately and limiting access to your computer
or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. We endeavor to protect the privacy
of your account and other Personal Information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete
security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of
user information at any time.
What choices do I have?
You can always opt not to disclose information to us, but keep in mind some information may be needed to register with us.
Again, since we’re building on Facebook’s Messenger, a Facebook or Messenger Account is necessary to communicate with
channels of pages we power. You may stop using the Services at any time; however, your conversation logs from interactions
with Chatvisor will remain within our records.
